iCentric Systems is an online business management and accounting system which stores financial information about a company or individual as provided or entered by the users of the application on behalf of the company or individual. iCentric Systems will store only the information that is entered by the users or imported at the user?s instructions. The data entered remains the property of the company or individual and iCentric Systems will not make available for use any of this information without the permission of the company.

Access to your data

The data entered by the user is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to the approved users of the company and iCentric Systems support staff. A user name and password is required in order to access the information within the application. It is the Account holder?s responsibility to keep passwords safe and ensure that any users that are invited to use the application have permission to view the company?s information.
iCentric Systems support services will only have access to your data in order to assist you with any problems once they have received an invitation from you for assistance.
All iCentric Systems staff are held to professional secrecy. iCentric Systems commits never to disclose or communicate confidential information of the Account Holder.

Personal Information

The personal information provided by you on account sign up is required to allow us to provide you with support, to allow you to produce legally acceptable invoices and accurate accounts, maintain our own accounts and verify your identity for security purposes.

Security

The iCentric Systems server has a VeriSign issued security certificates so all data transferred between the Users of the company and iCentric Systems servers is SSL encrypted. Our server is hosted by Rackspace who provide us with high speed secure access to our data and regular backups (http ://www.rackspace.co.uk).

Your rights about your data

iCentric Systems will give you access to your data at any time. An export of all your data in a standard format can be requested at any time. You can find details about your rights under the UK Data Protection legislation at www.ico.gov.uk.

Cancelling your account

Your company data may be permanently deleted by iCentric Systems 90 days after the termination of your agreement with us or at the request of the account holder. We retain historical billing information for accounting purposes only as required by law. Once your account has been terminated we no longer have the ability to bill your account.

iCentric Systems website may contain links to third party websites. We take no responsibility for the privacy practices or contents of these websites.
